This interesting Olympia SM3 ran on eBay this week. Big price tag at $ 2,500 USD asking.

This is beyond my limit.
I'm not sure but I think the lettering on shift keys do have the meaning:
Zi = Ziffer = digit
Bu = Buchstabe = letter
